All items purchased from our website are manufactured by the contract of carriage. Risk of loss and title to such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Customs – Our products are handmade and imported. Customs (US and other countries) randomly inspect international shipments from time to time. If your product is detained for customs inspection, we’ll not
responsible for any delays.
Shipping – Because our products are imported, we aren’t responsible for delays in handing over products to our international shipping carriers. Weather, war, changes in international shipping laws, and carrier delays can all cause your order to arrive late. Please give yourself enough time to supply and ship your product. Custom Medals And Pins aren’t responsible for carriers and shipping delays.
Changes and additions to your order – Custom Medals And Pins won’t be responsible for production delays caused by customers changing designs, adding additional quantities, or requesting pre-production samples or shipping date changes after the order has been produced.
Custom Medals And Pins is merely responsible for delays resulting in delayed delivery to the carrier.
You agree to not disclose information you obtain from us and/or from our customers, advertisers, and suppliers. All information submitted by end-user customers under the Program is the proprietary information of Custom Medals And Pin.com. Such customer information is confidential and must not be disclosed. This Agreement is governed by and construed by the substantive laws of us, Without reference to any principles of conflict of laws.

Your rights of any nature aren’t assignable or transferable to anyone, and any try and do so may result in the termination of this Agreement without any liability to us. However, we may assign this agreement to anyone at any time of sudden.
If any provision of those Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable according to any judicial judgment or decision, then such provision shall be deemed to use only to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
